Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Lakes of Rosehill Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has responsibility for Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the development. The ACC is currently made up of Michael McBride, Scott Brown and Teri Ellingham, all LOR Residents.
According to the Covenants, the responsibility of the ACC is to review plans/specifications for improvement as to:
- Quality of workmanship and materials
- Harmony of external design
- Location of improvements
- Compliance with the Restrictions contained in the Declaration
The ACC wants the improvement process to be a relatively pain-free process. We all agreed to the Deed Restrictions when we purchased our homes. They are designed to protect and enhance property values as well as our enjoyment. The approval process through the ACC does not replace the requirement for building permits / inspections required by Harris County.
Requests for approval of proposed improvements to properties in all Sections should be submitted on this form. Homeowners must submit two copies of everything (including the ACC Form). Complete the form and mail to: Chaparral Management Company, P.O. Box 681007, Houston, TX 77268-1007. Fax: 281-537-0312.
